## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Blue Skies Hub for Children and Young People is governed by its trustees, who are responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the charity. The trustees ensure that the charity operates in accordance with its governing document and relevant charity legislation. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

The charity’s objectives are to support, educate, and empower children and young people, particularly those from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds, through access to education, mentoring, and community-based support. 

During the reporting period, the charity did not undertake financial activities and remained in a preparatory phase, focusing on governance, compliance, and planning for future programmes. 

## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

There was no financial activity during the year ended 31 March 2025. 

The trustees focused on strengthening governance arrangements and ensuring the charity was well positioned to deliver its charitable objectives in future financial periods.
