## LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE 

The Trustees present their report along with the financial statements  for the year ended 31st March 2025. The financial statememts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies and applicable law. 

Constisution and objects of Maricas Foundation  formed on 25th August 2022. Objects to enhance religious education and provide scholarships. 

## FINANCIAL REVIEW 

Income for the year was £ 6672  source was rent from the charity's freehold property, 

Expenditure was £ 2801. 

## RESERVES AND FUNDS 

The present level of income is considered adequate to support the charity's activities. The trustees consider the financial position of the trust to be satisfactory. 

The trustees also consider that, as minimum, £ 2000 should be held in unrestricted reserves to meet contingencies which may arise. 

The report was approved by the trustees on 16th December 2025 and signed on their behalf
