**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS DOGS, AND PARTICULARLY THE BREED KNOWN AS ‘BORDER COLLIES’, IN WALES BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR DOGS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, REHOMING SUCH DOGS WHERE POSSIBLE.

**Activities:** We rescue and rehabilitate Border Collies. Most of the dogs that come into us have psychological/behavioural issues. This is usually due to being in the wrong homes with the wrong owners to suit their needs. Once the dog has settled in, we then start the rehabilitation process ready for the dog to find its forever home.
