Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Benefit Of The Public:(1) To Advance Education In Accordance With The Principles And Doctrines Of The Roman Catholic Religion In Particular, But Without Limitation, By Running A School Known As Holy Cross Preparatory School (?The School?) In Accordance With The Principles And Subject To The Regulations And Discipline Of The Roman Catholic Church But Welcoming To All Faiths And Backgrounds; (2) To Advance Education By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Education Provided That Such Provision Shall Be Ancillary Or Incidental To The Running Of The School In Accordance With Sub-Clause 3(1); And (3) Such Other Charitable Purposes Consistent With The Advancement Of Roman Catholic Religious Education As The Charity Trustees See Fit From Time To Time.
