## **Trustees' Statement on Charity Activity** 

During the financial year April 2022 to March 2023, the charity ran no projects. THe charity was registered in August 2022 and the bank account was opened in February 2023. 

The trustees continue to monitor the charity’s position and will review opportunities for future activation in line with its charitable objectives.
