**Activities:** Our solicitor set up this charity last year and the transfer has not yet taken place yet due to difficulties in novating the existing lending facilities from the existing charity to the new CIO.  This has gone on much longer than the trustees had hoped which has slowed the incorporation. Once all our assets have moved over the CIO we will be able to fully answer this then.
