**Activities:** The object of the charity is to promote agriculture and horticulture for the public benefit by holding an annual show within the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, and in particular but not exclusively the Borrowby and Knayton areas of the district.

**Area of benefit:** WITHIN THE HAMBLETON DISTRICT OF NORTH YORKSHIRE, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE BORROWBY AND KNAYTON AREAS OF THE DISTRICT.
