NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.]

**Activities:** We alleviate child poverty in Trafford and surrounding areas by providing free, preloved clothing and essentials to families in crisis. By redistributing donations, we support over 1,000 children yearly, promoting sustainability and reducing financial strain on families. Our services also address seasonal needs and work closely with local referral partners to ensure comprehensive support.
