The trustees are all volunteers and have been
in office sin¢e the charity's formation. Michael
Kwontoh is a basketball coach. Amina Faraj is
the mother ofAli Abucar Ali, in vth05e memory
l the charity is named. Guy Newell and Mar¢us
Astley are parent volunteer5 in the West
London youth basketball cornmunty.
The selection method for new trustees would be
in accordance with the CIO'S constitution.
Specifically, the trustees would seek volunteers
from the community 8nd would select new
trustees with regard to the skllls, knowledge
and experience needed for the effective
administration ol the CIO.
