The trustees and committee njn an annual event to remember and
celebrate the famiing ol yesteryear wilh old vehicles and machinery and
working dispLqys to educale the attendees. We also include other vintage
vehicles and displays of interest lo the general public lo create a show for
the general public to enjoy and learn from and to encourage attendance.
The Trustees confirm that we have had due regard for the public benefit
and attention has been given to Ihe Charity Commission's guidan￿ on

Summary of the maln
achlevements of the charlty
during the year
The 2024 Rally was able to show case farming practices of yesteryears.
The Rally ollers an oppJrtunity io showcase traditional farming practices
from earlier times. The Charity has demonstrated various aspects of
agricultural life, such as ploughing fields, haNesling using a combine
harvester that produces straw for animal bedding, and processing crops
like corn and wheat for human consumption {such as flour) or animal
feed, depending on the quality of the yield. Vintage vehicle displays also
evoke nostalgic memories lor attendees. The event provides a Social
opportunity lor friends and family to reconnect and meet with those they
have not seen in some time.

I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charty ('Ihe Charity.) for Ihe year ended 3111012024.
Responslbilities and As the charity Trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the
basis ol report preparalK)n ol the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Charities Act 2011 ('Ihe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out
under seclion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
