The trustees and committee run an annu216vent to remember and
lebrale the farming of ye￿eryearwlth old vehicle5 and machinery and
working displays lo educate the attendees. We also include other vintage
vehicles and display5 of interest to the general public to create a show for
the general public to enjoy and leam from and to encourage attendance.
The Trustees confimi that we have had due regard for the public benefit
and attention has been given to the Charty Commission's guidan￿ on

Achievements and performance
For this first financial period, both the 2022 and 2023 Honiton Hill Rally
events are included in the accounts.

achievemÈnts of th8 charlty
during the year
The Rally is able to show case farming practises of yesteryears. The
Charity has achieved its variety of different activities of farming life, for
ex2mple, how to plough a field, bringing in the harvest by using a
combine harvester which produces straw for bedding for animals,
cornlwheat which would be used for human consumption i.e. flour or
animal feed depending on the quality of the yield. Displaying of vintage
vehicles which bring back memories for all. An opportunity for
friendsifamily to ¢alch up with each other and those who haven't seen
each other for sornelime.

At the end of the period, the chartty had £67,706 in unrestricted cash
funds which is deemed plentiful but not excessive for the charity to
continue for the foreseeable future to hold future Rallies to deliver its
charitable objectives.
