Governance and Management
The Charity is a CIO Foundation registered on 18 August 2022.
Trustees are voted in at a committee meeting and agree to serve and adopt the Charity's policies.
Objectives and Activities
The charity's objectives are to promote and protect the mental health and wellbeing of individuals above the age of 18 within the UK.
Public benefit Statement
The Trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit, "Charities and Public Benefit".
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit
The charity aims to provide support to individuals suffering from mental health issues including, but not limited to, PTSD, depression and anxiety through 1. the provision of mental health courses and 1 2 1 coaching to be provided by selected partnering organisations 2. to create and maintain a network of volunteers to benefit the wellbeing of the public suffering from mential health within the UK 3. to promote the education of the general public in all areas relating to mental health through the provision of a free information advice and support service.

Raising funds to provide support with mental health and wellbeing.
The charity's policy on reserves
We aim to keep a reserve of three months future expenses.
