Investment market.. The f•oundation is reliant on invescment income to fund grants. Fluctuations in stock markets are a
risk to the charity's ability io mak¢ fvwre grants.

The charity has general reseryes of £3,738,612 at the end of the year. which is sufficient to cover the management and

The principal funding sources are gifts and retums on investments.
The trustees have set the anllual budget at of the fund with the aim of preserving the value of the fllnd for the fvtur¢.
The charity has adequate reserve5 to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable fijbjre.
Future plans
The Foundation will use its in¢ome and reserves lo follow its Taison tod'etre to provide grauts to support organisations

Taxatlon
The charity ts exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the dis¢retion of the trustee5.
Restricted funds can only be used for parti¢ular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. Restrictions
arise when specffied by the donor orwhen fijnds are rdtsed for particular restricted purposes.
