**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF FANGFOSS WITH BOLTON PARISH ("THE PARISH") IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELAXATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Provide an open space 365 days a year during the hours of daylight which can be used by local residents and people from further afield. The space includes play equipment for children of all ages and fitness equipment for adults. It is particularly popular with families with young children and with dog walkers.
