**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE BRITISH VETERINARY BEHAVIOUR ASSOCIATION ARE TO ADVANCE ANIMAL WELFARE AND VETERINARY EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:(1) PROMOTING SCIENCE AND EVIDENCE BASED EDUCATION FOR THE VETERINARY AND ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR PROFESSIONS ON ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR SUBJECTS(2) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND BEST PRACTICE OF THE VETERINARY PROFESSIONS OF THE BENEFITS OF HIGH WELFARE HANDLING IN VETERINARY PRACTICES

**Activities:** BVBA aims to improve animal welfare by better educating the veterinary professions and general public about matters relating to training and behaviour.  We do so by providing face-to-face CPD, webinars and, working with others, improving how dogs are handled when visiting the vet.
