This year at Inspire a Teen, those ripples have grown into powerful waves, shaping the futures of young people in North London. We have walked alongside them, listened to their fears, and celebrated their victories. Through every conversation, every program, and every ad of support, we have helped them push against the Currents of social pressures, anti-social behaviours, and deprivation - guiding them toward brighter, more hopeful horizons. Understanding the world of the young people we support is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we have worked closely with therapists and mental health professionals to ensure that every teen has the Spa￿ to express themselves. process their challenges, and build Ihe resilience they need to thrive. By offering both practical and emotional support. we are not only shaping their present but also giving them the tools to navigate their futures with conf idence. A significant milestone this year has been the launch of the Weekend Warriors Club. a vital new initiative providin9 young people with a safe and engaging space every weekend. Designed to steer them away from negative influences and anti-social behaviours, this program offers structure, mentorship, and a sense of belonging when they need it most. We are incredibly grateful to National Lottery Million Hours for their generous support in making this vision a reality. Waves of change do not happen alone. INSPIREXCHANGE An after-school club serving as a junction for empowerment, hosting group discussions, therapeutic sessions, and engaging activities to create a space where teens can share, learn, and build lasting connections. A summer camp designed to offer rural serenity. providing teens with a holistic experience to rejuven8te their minds and bodies, encouraging mental well-being and personal growth. IMPACT HIGHLIGHTS 104 sessions held, providing a safe space for discussion, therapy, and personal development. 96 % of attendees reported improved confidence and stronger social connections. 970/0 felt more supported and understood after participating in group discussions. IMPACT HIGHLIGHTS 63 teens attended the rural retreat, benefiting from a break from urban pressures. 88% reported a noticeable improvement in their mental well-being and stress levels. 79% developed new coping mechanisms for anxiety and emotional challenges. WEEKEND ,,WARRIORs> KICKING IT OFF I,lJ44:14klDI, I:Il•l:& Designed to engage Orthodox Jewish teens in Hackney with culturally appropriate football sessions. The project offers weekly football training, tailored to fit their religious schedules, and includes group discussions exploring the benefits of sports. The initiative aims to break down barriers, foster a sense of belonging, and unlock the potential youths through physical activity. This weekend club provides at-risk teens with a safe, supportive space to engage in positive activities that promote emotional vvell-being. life skills, and resilience. Running every weekend for eight hours. the project offers activities such as arts, sports, cooking, and group discussions, guided by licensed therapists and mentors. Our aim is to help teens build self-esteem, make positive Chol￿s, and develop healthier social connections, providing an alternative to the negative influences they may face over the weekend. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

The charity's objectives as set out in its governing document is to advance in life and relieve the needs of young people, with a focus on young people who are socially and/or economically disadvantaged through: (A) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life; (B) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

The trustees confirm their compliance with the duty to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission when reviewing the charity's aims and objectives in planning future events.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE

The charity employs its funds and resources for providing recreational and leisure time activities to young people who are socially and/or economically disadvantaged.

The financial results for the period to 30 June 2024 are fully reflected in the attached Financial Statements and the Notes thereon.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

Reserves Policy

The charity's policy is to maintain Unrestricted funds at a level which the trustees deem appropriate after considering future commitments and the likely costs for the next year.

As at 30 June 2024 the charity had Unrestricted Funds of £15,646 (2023: £4,050).

PRINCIPAL RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES

Risk Management

The trustees have identified and reviewed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular operational and financial risks and are satisfied that appropriate systems are in place to manage and mitigate these risks.
