BN7 IPL The Charity is governed by its constitution adopted in 2023 Th¢ rules of the charity State that there shall be a Minimum of two and a maximum of five appointed ttwtees. In the case of a trustee ceasing to act as such for any reason, the remaining trustees may appoint another to tske their ple. New InleeS are advised of their responsibilities as trustees on appointment. The trustees rewrt that in accordance with the rule booK they have endeavoured to comply with the aims and objects of the charity. Following forniulated accounting policies, accounts for the year ending 3 1st August 2024 have been carefully prepad and follow this statement. These acwunts comply with the r¢commended Accounting Standards of the Charity Commissione Reasonable and prudent judgements and estimates are used in the management of the Cottage Preschool operations to ensure the correct application of funds 8nd income. The assets of the charity have been carefully managed for the advantage of the Cottage Preschool The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is expos¢d, and are satisfied that the systems are in pkace to mitigate exw)sute to the major risks. OBJECTS and ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHtLDREN under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through the provision of facilities and equipment and through community groups.
