The trustees present the annual report together with the financial statements of the charty for the year
ended 31 December 2024.
The Olivia Sieff Foundalton was set up as a legacy to our daughter who wa$ Iragieally killed by a
drunk driver in a hrt-and-run in Cape Town on 30 January 2022.
Shortly before She d￿d, Olivi8 had recéived an Intemat￿nal modelling contract. Olivia had told her
mother that she planned lo use her raised profile and good fortune to champion abused. neglected
and vulnerable chiklfen. When She was killed, the oliv￿ Sieff Found81ion was immediately sel up.
The Olivia Sieff Foundation will champion the assistance and protection of abused, neglected.
abandoned or abducled children. This is a cause th81 was very close to Olivla'g he8rt. The Foundation
will continue the charity work she had planned and. In so doing. fulfil her intentions of m8king a
drfference lo vulnerable children.

children and young people who afe vulnerable or have experign¢ed sexual, omotional, vèrbal or
physical abuse andlor neglect, abandonment or abduction. This relief will bo pursued in Such way5 as
the charity trustees see frt, in particul8r, bul not exclusively, by the provision of grants, in agreement
Wbth Chrigtian principles.
Our main source ol income is through donations on our website, In September 2024, we held o
$ucce3sful fundraising event in London. We Continue 10 8ncourage regular monlhty donations, in
order lo better predict our income goino foMard. Despf(e putling a lot of effort into this through pledge
forms at our London evènl and social media campaign6, we do not have many monlhty donors. We
continue lo think of new ways lo encourage regular giving.
Achlovemgnts and p•rtorniJn¢•
The Foundation h88 8gain been the recipient of donations raised through sporting events, 8uch as the
21 for 21 Campaign. This wa$ organi8ed by Courtney Gunter who ran a 21km half marathon and
raised money for us.
To honour what would hove been OIMa'$ 21st birthday, we launched the 21 Wishes fundraising
C8mpaign on our s¢xial media. For 21 days. starting Dn Olivia's birth date 5 December, we revealed a
Wish from one of our 4 charth'es.
Throughout 2024, we continued lo support our 4 carefully picked charilie8'.
11. Heartlands Baby Sanctuary
He8rt18nds. based in Somersel Wesl in the Western Cape of South Africa, is a short-tern residential
safe care facility for up lo 25 children. They prowde individual specialised care and support lo children
in desperate ne¢d of protection from birth lo 6 year5 old. Children a￿ placed wrth a Val￿ court order
from the Children's Court. These are children who have been abandoned. abused, neglected.
orph8ned, ill and l or have moderate disabilities.
The OIIv13 Sieff Foundation has helped Heartlands by donating R600,000 lo fully fund a new building
that houses an indoor play centre and 2 new therapy rooms.

We enjoyed watching the progress of the buiklin9 al Heartlands. It was completed 81 the end of 2024
and began ID be used by the children and Staff al Heartlands. The opening of the builjing was
scheduled ID take place in February 2025.
21. L8 Cults Safe Haven ltsr Babies
La Culla is ba8ed in Wynberg, Cape Town. The charity was established by the Maritz family. Their
desire to protect babies, abandoned for whatever reason, led them to establish La Culla. They believe
that protection from harm, illne$$, cold ond discomfort is a primary human right for babies. La Culla 18
their safe haven. Since opening in 2020, La Culla has helped over 70 babies and have a maximum of
18 babies al any given lime.
During 2024, thfr Olivia Sigff Foundation continued to help Lo Culla by making a monthly donation of
R25,000 to cover some ol their operating costs. They honoured our contribution by unveiling a plaque

31. LIV Village Earty Childhood Development Centre
LIV Cape Town is an Early Childhood Development centre in the impoverished community of
Fisanlekraal in the Western Cape, South Africa. They hope lo break the cycle of inequality in this
community and create a brighter future for generations lo come.
In 2024, the Olivk8 Sieff Foundation helped LIV Cape Town by contributing R500,000 towards half ol
the cost of their new computer literacy centre. The computer lrteracy centre is now fully fvnclional and
the children are thoroughly enjoying the addrtion of computsr liler8Cy to their curriculum.
41. Sue Gray, Temporary safe￿re mother
Su8 spent yearg abroad as a missionary and worked with both babies and children in various
apacities from being a night nurse and doula lo 8 facilitator. Once back in Cape Town, Sue
registered with an adoption agency as a temporary Sale carè mother I kanga mother and she received
her first baby in November 2019. Since then, Sue has ca￿d for 10 babies. Sue adopted the 1 Oth baby
in her care. Levi David Gray. Levi has had multiple medical issues bul Sue. with her strong farth and
uncondftional love, is the perfect mum.
The Olivia Sieff Foundation has helped Sue Gray by paying for the costs of her legal adoption of baby
Levi, who was the 10th baby in her care.
Levi lumed 2 in October 2024. A￿hOUgh he continues to have medical challenges, he is a thriving
toddler.
