Report of the Trustees
In addition to our report regarding charity number 1038558 a new charity was set up when the Pre-
school changed lo a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
There have been delays in the new charity becoming fully operational. The bank had taken some
time to set up and verify all Ihe signatories on the new accounts, therefore funding from the Local
Authority had continued to be paid into the old accounts which were linked to the previous
registered charity.
Separate accounts have been kept, but the final balance sheet shows a nil balance as there was
no income or expenditure for the year 202412025
These issues have been resolved for the year 2024 12025 and all assets will be transferred to the
new accounts.
