The Rainbow Foundation is an active ageing charity working to improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our communities through a range of interventions and services which; promote independence, participation and self-care, address the determinants of active ageing, promote better health and wellbeing, reduce fraility, loneliness and isolation, and provide services closer to home.

Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Health Of The Inhabitants Of Wrexham Maelor And Its Cheshire, Denbighshire And Shropshire Borders In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing Advice, Support And Care Services So As To Promote Independent Living And Self-Care, Improve Health And Reduce Loneliness And Isolation.
