A) OFFERING SPORTING OPPORTUNITY (PARTICULARLY ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL) TO ALL AGES AND GENDER, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE TOWN OF STAMFORD, LINCS AND; 2. B) ENABLING THOSE WITH ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY SPORT WHEREAS THEY WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO AFFORD IT.
