**Activities:** The charity works to advance equality and diversity in by promoting gender equality in the workplace with the aim of eliminating sexism and gender stereotyping & inequality of pay and advancement. We run events covering topics such as women's advancement in the workplace, the role of intersectionality, and on issues such as workplace sexual harassment.
