Accrington Community Church is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation with a governing constitution. Trustees are appointed relationally by the current trustees. 

Accrington Community Church is in fellowship with the Assemblies of God in Great Britain whose General Offices are Gf/Fl2 No.1-2 The Cottages, Deva Centre, Manchester, M3 7BE. However, the Church retains its independent and autonomous status. 

This CIO has been set up to replace an existing Registered Charity (Number: 1051825) under the name of Emmanuel Pentecostal Church. As a result of some delays regarding previous Trust Deeds and ill health of administration staff, the transfer of assets has not been possible yet. Therefore, Accrington Community Church is not being operated under currently. All charitable operations take place under the charity of Emmanuel Pentecostal Church. 

As such, there has been no financial turnover within the charity during this accounting year (Jan-Dec 2023). There are currently no funds held by the charity. Therefore, no accounts report can be produced at this time.
