**Objects:** A) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE; AND(B) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH:(I) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE(II)PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** Activities include the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage. The area of operation is based (but not limited to) in Mid-Wales, Wales, UK.  Projects included; Big Give, Clean Sweep, Lads & Dads, Afternoon Tea, Coats4kids, Happy Holidays, Community Christmas. Working with supermarkets, local authorities and 80 volunteers.
