Midhurst Community Land Trust is a not-for-profit organisation who's overarching aim is to make available a long-term stock of genuinely affordable housing to rent in the Midhurst area for local people and key workers who are important to the fabric of the town. It seeks to either own land or at least have very long leases and control such things as the rent and design of houses or flats.

Objects: To Operate As A Community Land Trust Within The Meaning Of Section 79 Of The Housing And Regeneration Act 2008 On A Not For Profit Basis And For Public Benefit In The Parishes Of Midhurst, Easebourne, West Lavington, Redford, Bepton, Stedham And Cocking Each In The County Of West Sussex And The Charity's Objects Are Restricted Specifically To The Relief Of Financial Hardship By The Provision Of Affordable Housing To Those In Necessitous Circumstances Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means Together With Associated Amenities, Facilities And Infrastructure
