Actvites and objectves of the Foundaton

We registered in July 2022 and launched our Grant Programme in January 2023.
The objective of Fletchers Foundation is the relief of sickness, of conditions of need, hardship and distress arising as the result of medical accidents and personal injury by the provision of grants.
In the first 3 months of launching, we supported 6 individuals with grants.
We also had a launch party in March 2023, to raise awareness of the charity.

Structure

We are managed by our Director of the Foundation, who manages the day-to-day operations.
The Director reviews all grant applications and makes a recommendation to the trustees, who have final decision (majority rules) on the application.
We are currently not looking for anymore trustees, however if we were, the first step would be to meet our director to talk about the charity and its aims. Then the person would have a call with the Trustees who would look at is the person bringing something that the current trustees are missing. There would then be a vote at the board of trustees meeting.

Achievement

In the first 3 months of launching, we approved 6 grants.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
