## **Waveney & Blyth Arts** Report on activities 1 April 2024-31 March 2025 Although Waveney & Blyth Arts was showing signs of the pressures that would result in this being its penultimate year, there were a handful of successful activities ## **Sculpture garden** WBA has been showing sculpture at Potton Hall for several years. This has taken different forms but has always been well attended. This year was no exception: ten artists displayed two works each. And the season closed with food and singing. ## **Fen and beach** A WBA trustee since its inception 15 years ago, Simon Raven hosted two events during the year. One he hosted at his cottage on the fen by Dunwich Forest, featuring his very varied ‘ideas in search of an artist’. He also led another of his popular walks beachcombing at Covehithe. ## **Magic, mists & mellow fruitfulness** This was the title of a really well-attended tour of Bungay’s spooky side. ## **Behind the glass** Surinder Warboys is a distinguished stained glass artist and a WBA member.
