**Activities:** The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Groombridge and its surrounding communities by the provision, maintenance and management of Groombridge Sports Gound and its facilities, in particular but not exclusively for activities such as football, school and village sports and tennis.
