THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OR IMPROVEMENT BY THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS AND THE USE OF SURPLUS ASSOCIATED WITH SCHOOL UNIFORM AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS.
