The charity is operated under the rules of its CIO Association adopted 21 July 2022. Trustees are
voted in at a committee meeting and agree to setve and adopt all policies.
Objectives and activities
The charity objects are to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Timperley and the
surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of
individuals who have need of such facilities by rea50n of their youth, age. infirmity or disablement,
financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of
social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.

Summary of the main actlvities undertaken for the public beneflt
We are a not-for-profit entity that manages the use of Beechfields, a public open space in Timperley.
Achlevements and Performance
Discussions continued through 2022 to 2024 to finalise the long-term lease over Beechfields from
Trafford Council, as at May 2025 the lease hadn't yet been lirkalised thus the charity had not yet
commenced operations.
