**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING BY PROVIDING GRANTS, SPONSORSHIP AND FUNDRAISING IN THE UK TO PARTNERS TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION AND HEALTH OF CHILDREN/ YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN NEPAL.

**Activities:** The Friends of Jamarko and EPHC works with a Nepalese social development organisation to support the education of disadvantaged children in Nepal through primary, secondary and higher secondary schooling; an Adult Literacy Programme for the children's parents; and a Medical Fund which provides financial assistance for medical care if the child's family cannot afford to pay for themselves.
