charity which aims to provide support to
local residents who have fallen on hard

shopping, providing them with dignity and
choice. The clients make a small but
notable contributon to the shopping and

Clients who are eligible to join pay a
membership fee. They can then choose up
to 20 items from a weekly updated list
online and can choose to pay online or
with cash. Families can order up to two
baskets weekly. Clients then book a
collecton slot and pick up their shopping

have over 160 active members, an

Demand for our service has risen steadily
and now plateaued. Our members use our
service in different ways, some every
week, some fortnightly and some monthly
or even once every few months.

We have continued to build our social
media presence with regular posts on
Facebook and Instagram, helping us reach

We successfully secured three grants

operational costs. Member donations
themselves of £3 per basket contribute a
significant £5000 per year. Gift Aid
continues to support administrative
expenses. All physical work is carried out

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
