There were no changes in the structure, governance, or trustees during the year.

The principal objective of the charity is to promote charitable giving and to make grants to organisations and individuals in need. 

No charitable activities took place during the year. 

## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

During the financial year, the charity was dormant. There was no income or expenditure and no grants were made.
