Report of the trustees for the year ended 31/12/2024
ended 31/12/2024 (reporting period). The financial statements comply with the charity's constitution and reflect the fact that the charity is still in a ramp up phase and undertook minimal activities during the reporting period.
Structure, governance and management
The charity is a charitable incorporated organisation. It was incorporated on 18 July 2022 and is principally governed by a constitution dated 18 July 2022. This is the second annual report.
The charity's constitution provides for a minimum of 3 trustees, to a maximum of 10 trustees. During the reporting period, the charity had 8 trustees. All trustees gave of their time freely. No trustee remuneration was paid during the reporting period, nor were expenses incurred nor related party transactions entered into.
New trustees are appointed by the existing trustees and serve for three years or such shorter period as specified in the relevant appointment, after which they may put themselves forward for re-appointment (up to three consecutive terms).
Risk management
The trustees have discussed the major risks to which the charity may be exposed once material activities commence. The trustees aim to implement adequate systems and processes to manage and mitigate such risks.

The trustees are aware of the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit and aim to take due account of it once the charity commences material activities such as raising funds or making grants.
Grant making policy
The trustees aim to establish a grant making policy before the charity commences material activities.
Financial review
During the reporting period, the charity commenced fundraising activities. While funds were raised, the charity did not dispose of any assets, did not make any grants and did not incur any liabilities.
Plans for the future
The trustees have commenced fundraising activities and intend to increase their efforts with more structured campaigns over the next 12 months.

The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the charity.
