Report of the trustees forthe year ended 3111212023 The trustees present their annual report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 3111212023 (reporting period). The financial statements comply with the charity's constitution and reflect the fact that the charity undertook no material activities during the reporting period. Strurturei governance and management The charity is a charitable incorporated organization. It was incorporated on 18 July 2022 and is principally governed by a constitution dated 18 July 2022. This is the first annual report. The charl$ constitution provides for a minimum of 3 trustees, to a maximum of 10 trustees. During the reporting period, the charity had 8 trustees. All trustees gave of their time freely. No trustee remuneration was paid during the reporting period, nor were expenses incurred nor related party transactions entered into. New trustees are appointed by the existing trustees and serve for three years or such shorter period as specified in the relevant appointment. after which they may put themselves forward for re-appointment lup to three consecutive terms). During the reporting period, the five trustees with initial l-year term5 were reappointed. Risk management The trustees have discussed the major risks to which the Charity may be exposed once material activities commence. The trustees aim to implement adequate systems and processes in the future to manage and mitigate such risks. The trustees are aware of the Euidance contained in the Charity Commisslon's general guidance on public benefit and aim to take due account of it once the charity commences material activities suth as raising funds or making grants. Grant makin8 policy The trustees alm to establish a grant making policy before the charity commences material activities.
Financial review During the reporting period, the charity did not undertake any material activities. It did not raise or receive any funds or assets, did not spend any funds, did not dispose of any assets, did not make any grants and did not incur any liabilities. Plans for the future The trustees aim to commence fundraising activities onte relevant systems, processes and policies have been implemented and specific responsibilities, targets and campaigns have been agreed.
