|---|---|---|
|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**In 2024 we collaborated with Community**<br>**Outreach UK, the charity continued its**<br>**mission to relieve poverty and support**<br>**vulnerable communities in Bosnia**<br>**through a variety of impactful actions.**<br>**Some of our key achievements include:**<br><br>**Employed a Counsellor: We hired**<br>**a professional Counsellor to**<br>**support widows with their mental**<br>**health, recognizing the emotional**<br>**and psychological challenges**<br>**they face. This intervention has**<br>**helped improve their well-being,**<br>**offering a sense of support and**<br>**relief.**<br><br>**Gifting Greenhouses: We**<br>**provided three families with**<br>**greenhouses, empowering them**<br>**to grow their own food and**<br>**improve their food security. This**<br>**initiative has allowed these**|

||**families to sustain themselves**|
|---|---|
||**and improve their economic**|
||**stability.**|
||**Gifting a Cow: One family**|
||**received a cow, which has had a**|
||**positive impact by increasing**|
||**their ability to produce milk and**|
||**generate income. This will help**|
||**improve their long-term**|
||**sustainability and self-**|
||**sufficiency.**|
||**Family Follow-up: We revisited**|
||**four families who had previously**|
||**received gifts, such as Cows and**|
||**Greenhouses. Three of these**|
||**families are thriving, and the**|
||**cows are proving to be a valuable**|
||**asset to their livelihoods.**|
||**Unfortunately, one family**|
||**continues to face challenges due**|
||**to illness and extreme weather**|
||**conditions that destroyed their**|
||**greenhouse. However, they**|
||**remain resilient with ongoing**|
||**support.**|
||**Support for Emergency Flood**|
||**Efforts: We donated £2,500 to**|
||**support flood relief efforts in**|
||**Bosnia, providing critical**|
||**assistance to those affected by**|
||**the floods.**|
||**Qurbani Food Distribution: We**|
||**distributed food in the form of**|
||**Qurbani, ensuring that those in**|
||**need had access to vital nutrition**|
||**during a key time of the year.**|
|**Through these initiatives, the charity**||
|**has made a significant difference in the**||
|**lives**|**of its beneficiaries, alleviating both**|
|**immediate hardship and fostering long-**||
|**term**|**sustainability. These efforts have**|
|**contributed to the wider societal**||
|**benefits of community resilience,**||
|**economic empowerment, and social**||
|**support, especially in times of crisis.**||
