Commentary on Trustee’s Annual Report and Accounts: Cornerstone Ministerial Alliance.

Cornerstone Ministerial Alliance (CMA) had an income of £2,050.00 in its financial year but below the threshold for independent examination, yet this report is to assist in explaining what CMA does in regards to its religious activities.

Reporting Public Benefit

As stated in our Objectives and Activities Section, Our Activities and Objective Section, we preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ as commanded in the Bible “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” Mark 16:15 which includes ordaining Clergy to enable them to be licensed for such work. The achievement and Performance Section of this report will explain how far we have achieved that

Statement and Liability

Our Assets as this moment is only £0.00 because we have not had any activities yet.

Aims and Purposes

The CMA aims to assist various churches to have ordained clergy to have licenses to operate and also the clergies to meet regularly for seminars and other related actives to update our knowledge in the Bible.

Objectives and Activities

We intend to encourage the Clergy to assist their church members to live the Christian lives enshrined in the Bible, and how to understand and take the Gospel seriously. They will be encouraged to take Christian missionary work seriously to help people understand the Christian Faith.

Achievements and Performance

So far we have not got members to enable us to execute our Aims and Objectives, though we are speaking to other clergy members of other Churches.

Ecumenical Relationship

We have registered to be members of Evangelical Alliance which is a member of Churches Together of England.

Financial Review

Although, we have our Bank account, we have not been able to operate it because we have not had any donations yet.

Volunteers

Presently, Bishop Faustina and myself, Bishop Afaidze-Hayford are the only volunteers.

Structure, Governance and Management

We are supposed to meet four times a year to asses our progress in fulfilling our Aims and Objectives, finances, and other ecumenical Matters of which we have done so.

Administrative Information

We have our administrative office, care of, Rapture Maranatha International Ministries at St. Mark’s United Reformed Church, 53 Rowfant Road Balham.

Receipts and Payments We have not received any funds nor made any payments
