Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	The Object of the CIO is, to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Faith - for the public benefit in Lowestoft and such other parts of the United Kingdom and the World as the Charity Trustees may from time to time decide.

During the financial year to 31st March 2024 the Mission has made gifts to Missionary Societies with whom we have relationships. These organisations are listed within our accounts and are agreed annually by the Membership. In addition, the Trustees have made individual donations to other organisations or extra donations on our ‘agreed list’ for specific purposes – such as at Christmas or following natural disasters (bush fires, hurricanes, tsunamis etc.)
