I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 30 September
2024.
Respective Responsibilities
The Charity consider that an audit is not required in the year under section 14412) of the Charities Acr 2011 ('the
Aci-] and that an independeni examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to follow procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145 ol Ihe Act and to st2te whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiners Statement
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
examinaiion includes a review of the accouftting records and a comparison of the accounts with ihose records and
seeking explanations from Trusrees concerning 3ny such maiters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence rhat would be required in an audit 2nd consequent]y no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present
a.true and lair vie￿, and the report is limiied to those matters as set oui below.
Independent Examiners Statement
In connectLOtL Wlth the examination no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe
that in any material respect the requiremenLS to keep accountin8 records in accordance with S130 OF the 2011 Art
and to prepare accounts which accord wth the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act have not beetl rnet or to
which in my opinion attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
