We particularly ￿lebrate the way our kn ¢hurches h£v8 in¢reasingly come together as one ￿rISh _ Two Homes.
Onè Farnily. The best ex8rnple is that our joint Parish Communion, whe*7 btrth churhes worshlp together. Is now

In order to hopefully alleviate these finall￿al pr85sures we introduc8d The Parish Giving Schem6 and ran a Glving
Campaign In the summèr. The r&sponstr has been disappDlnling and cause far som8 ¢onc8m. that having been
said w8 do appr8¢iate and recognis& the ggnerosity of many of our congregation.
We mn a Coffeo Morniry at each church every rnonlh which &ncour8ges people to m8el together, welcomes
passers-by 8nd of course rais8$ ftsnds. We are grateful to those who put timg and effort into this aspect of otsr
n)ini$try. We seek to offer a warm and Irlendly welcome to anyone who vists oui ch￿rcheS for whatevar reason and
visitor8 seem to appreciate this.
Ouring the year we ran courses and re-sstablished 8 home study Idiscipleshipl group. led by Jacqui
Brtscoe, on6 of our LLMS. TheAlpha course hav9 seen one person come a new lo faith ond $8V8Fal reconn8Qt with
God. Through the autumn the discipl&ship group followed a course called 'Shinlng Litte Slars, whlch encouraged
p8ople to think about the impact their faith has on people and Éhe worfd around them.
Our Sunday School based at St Culhbert, aroTrgsd to meet twlce a month and Ihls hes had B mlxed receptN)n. Our
efforts lo conn8¢t wlth parents of the childrgn through the Parenting for F81th course dld not g8in any tradlon. We
are gratefijl to our Sunday Sthool leaders for thelr dedlcation and pleased that Ihere is also 51trtport offered lo
¢hlldr8n who attend St John.
We continue to have a strong and h8allhy relat￿nshIp with Lytham CofE Primary SchcK)l. The clergy lea($ Collective
Wutship eath week and go into assist te8chlng aspects of th8 Chrisban faith regularty. We have also started 8
Worshlp in Wellleg alter school dub whli* ha8 Proved popular wlth 27 ¢hildren getting rnvofved. In Oecemb8r we
ran 'Chrislmas Through the Keyho16', a presentation telllng the story of the first Christmas by vising th8 homes of
those Invo￿¢￿ in the natlmty. 6 dass8s from local prlmary schcM)l eatne along and the response was brilli8nL

ari505 solely due to the PBrf8h Share adjusttnenl. The balance on restricted funds was £63,654 and endowmenl
funds were £42,809.
