education authority or school trust for Welford. Sulby and Sibbertoft Endowed

Achlevements and Performance
Ourlng the year ended 30 September 2025 the trust made grants totalllng £2.300 to W•lford,
Sulby and Sibbertoft Endowed School enabling Ihe school to attend theatre productions. build
link wilh the Cube Iheatre al Corby for workshop$, trainlng and enabling pupils to perfom al
the theatre together with a grant to provide group reading material for KS1. The school PTA
were also 8S918led wlth the purchase ol gazebos to be used at events and for pupil shelter at
8POrtiro fixtures.
7 (2024 -7) grants were awarded lo persons under the age of 25 artendlng univ8r81ty or other
post 18 educational institutions and 5 (2024 4) grants were award to person undartaking A
16vals and other post 16 course to assist vrith the purchase of books and other reference
material needed. 1 grant awarded in 2024 was r￿t claimed by a reclplent attendlng 6th fom
and has been writton back in Ihe 2025 accounts.
3 grants were awarded to organisalions located in th8 an¢ient parish of Welford to support
persons under 25 altending residential camp$, a trip to Whipsnade zoo and to provKle 1st ald
tralning to those partidpating wlth the hockey club.

The charities capital investments are administered by M&G Investment and are held in a
mixture of their Charifund and Charibond Funds. C￿rIng the year M&G Investments closed
thelr Charibond Funds. Ihe balance held in these funds was tr8nsfred lo their Charity Multi
Asset Fund. The capital fund8 transferred from Welford Church of England School and
School House Trust are held in these investments tho income from which Is paid into the
Charfils Current account and used for grant making purposes
The funds invested in Carifunds ylelded an income retum of 6.12% (2024. 8.04%)over the
period and achi•ved a capital growth of 8.82% (2024, 6.13%)
The funds invested In Caribonds and then the Multi Asset Fund yielded an income return of
4.45OA (2024, 4.18%) over the period and achieved a capital grovrth of 1.020k (2024. 4.34%)
The charrty received donations ffom Springfield Shops in bolh Welford and Husbands
B08WOrth tolallin9 £2,013.80 from their sale of cafrier bag8.

the year ended 30 Sept•mber 2025
As the ¢h8wiiy trustees of the Tfust, you are responsible for the preparallon of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out uTrJer section 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Oirectlons
