**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:(A) THE RELIEF OR PREVENTION OF HARDSHIP, POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED AND BEEN AFFECTED AS A RESULT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE POST OFFICE’S COMPUTER ACCOUNTING SYSTEM COMMONLY KNOWN AS HORIZON, IN ITS LEGACY HORIZON, HORIZON ONLINE OR HNG-X VERSIONS; AND(B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG PERSONS WHO HAVE WORKED (WHETHER ON AN EMPLOYED OR SELF-EMPLOYED BASIS) AT POST OFFICE COUNTERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

To relieve or prevent hardship, poverty, sickness and distress among those people who have suffered and been affected as a result of problems with the Post Offices computer accounting system commonly known as Horizon; andb. To relieve poverty among persons who have  worked, whether on an employed or self-employed basis, at Post Office counters and their families.
