## **Chairperson’s Statement** 

We present the annual report for HOPE FOR ALL UK for the financial year from April 2023 to April 2024. Unfortunately, this year, the charity did not undertake any activities or generate any income. Despite this, our commitment to our mission remains unwavering, and we continue to explore opportunities for future engagement and impact. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

HOPE FOR ALL UK was established with the primary aim of supporting vulnerable individuals and communities through charitable initiatives. However, during the reporting period, the charity did not carry out any activities due to unforeseen challenges, including financial constraints and resource limitations. We are currently reviewing our strategies to ensure future sustainability and effectiveness. 

## **Financial Review** 

For the financial year ending April 2024, the charity had no income and no expenditure. As a result, the financial position remains unchanged from the previous year.

The trustees confirm that there were no financial transactions, and no funds were received or disbursed during this period.

HOPE FOR ALL UK continues to operate as a registered charity with a governing board overseeing its functions. The trustees remain dedicated to fulfilling the charity’s objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
