By Awarding Grants To Charities And Other Organisations Working To Advance Education Amongst Those From Ethnic Minority Groups, Refugees And Asylum Seekers(for The Purposes Of This Clause ‘Ethnic Minorities’ Refer To Any Individual Who Belongs To An Ethnic Group That Makes Up A Relatively Small Part Of The Population) 2. The Prevention And Relief Of Poverty By Providing Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty.
