**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN THE CHESTER AREA WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, RESTRICTED MOBILITY OR DISABILITY, BY PROVIDING VOLUNTEER LED ACCESSIBLE TRISHAW CYCLE RIDES TO HELP THEM GAIN A SOCIAL CONNECTION AND TO ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES THAT ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Cycling without Age Chester provides free rides to the elderly in specially adapted, electrically assisted trishaws.  The trishaws are operated by fully qualified 'pilots' who have undergone training and are DBS checked.  We operate three trishaws from Upton by Chester, Hoole and Blacon. We ride on designated routes from those locations.
