## **Structure, Governance & Management** 

EYACE is a non-profit organization governed by its Constitution, with trustees overseeing its operations. The charity is run entirely by volunteers, with no paid employees. Trustees meet regularly to set strategic direction and ensure compliance with charity law. 

## **Objectives & Activities** 

## **Charitable Objectives:** 

EYACE is dedicated to anti-corruption education and the prevention of economic and financial crimes among young people. Our mission is to educate and empower students and communities in Nigeria and beyond through workshops, lectures, and research-based advocacy. 

## **Activities Undertaken:** 

- Conducted awareness campaigns in Nigeria on the dangers of corruption and cybercrime. 

- Developed educational materials for youth engagement. 

- Partnered with academic institutions to introduce anti-corruption syllabi. 

- Provided voluntary consultancy on anti-corruption policy development. 

## **Achievements & Performance** 

Despite financial constraints, EYACE has made significant progress in furthering its mission: 

- Reached over 2 million young people through educational initiatives. 

- Strengthened partnerships with universities in Nigeria. 

- Engaged stakeholders and policymakers on anti-corruption reforms. 



## **Financial Review** 

**Income:** £0 (No funds received during the financial year) **Expenditure:** £0 (Operations conducted entirely on a voluntary basis) **Reserves Policy:** The charity currently has no financial reserves. The trustees are exploring funding opportunities to support future activities. 

## **Risk Management** 

The trustees have identified key risks, including: 

- **Financial sustainability:** The charity relies on voluntary efforts and seeks funding for expansion. 

- **Operational challenges:** The absence of full-time staff limit capacity. 

- **Regulatory compliance:** The trustees remain committed to adhering to Charity Commission guidelines and governance best practices. 

## **Future Plans** 

- Expand outreach to an additional 5 million young people. 

- Secure grant funding to develop educational resources. 

- Establish a formal anti-corruption training institute.
