Annual Return Submission – Explanation Regarding Missing Statement of Account
I write with reference to our annual return submission for this year.
Please be advised that the statement of account for the 2025–2026 period will not be included. This is due to unforeseen circumstances with the bank previously used by the charity. We have been unable to access the account, as all communication channels including phone, email, and website appear to be non-functional. It therefore appears that the bank has ceased operations or is otherwise inaccessible.
For clarity, the account has not recorded any income or transactions during the relevant period and maintains a zero (£0.00) balance.
We are currently in the process of opening a new bank account to ensure proper financial management going forward.
We trust this explanation is satisfactory. However, we remain available and willing to provide any further information or documentation the Commission may require.
