## **Trustees' Annual Report for 2023**

## **Introduction**

The Trustees' Annual Report for the year ending 10.05.2023 outlines the activities and financial status of WMA. As a newly established charity, WMA faced challenges in its first year, which impacted its ability to carry out planned activities.

## **Objectives and Activities**

WMA was established with the aim of advancing arts, culture, and music for the public benefit within the UK. The charity’s specific goals included organizing music events, festivals, workshops, and other cultural activities for diverse and underprivileged communities.

## **Achievements and Performance**

In our first year, WMA encountered significant challenges in securing sponsorship and funding, which unfortunately hindered our ability to execute any planned activities. Despite our efforts to find sponsors, these efforts did not yield the anticipated results.

## **Financial Review**

The financial statements for the year reflect minimal activity due to the lack of operational projects. All funds raised were directed towards administrative costs and the initial setup of the charity. The charity's financial situation remains stable, with a balance of [insert amount] carried forward.

## **Future Plans**

In the coming year, WMA aims to revisit its strategy for fundraising and sponsorship, seeking new opportunities to achieve our mission. We are committed to overcoming the challenges faced and are optimistic about starting our planned activities soon.

## **Acknowledgements**

We would like to thank all those who have supported us during this initial phase. We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we work towards our objectives.

## **Conclusion**

The first year of WMA has been a period of learning and adaptation. We are dedicated to improving our strategies and achieving our charitable goals in the upcoming year.
