I. To promote and advance the educaton, mental wellbeing and to relieve the needs of children and
young people aged 5 -16 years old within the UK facing a range of challenging issues and
circumstances including but not limited to those sufering from mental health issues, or that have
experienced or that are currently experiencing childhood trauma, as well as providing support to
children and young people that have been afected by the issues caused by undiagnosed Special
Educatonal Needs and Disabilites through the provision of a free advice, support and mentoring
service
II. To promote and advance educaton through the provision of support to educatonal
establishments specifcally the staf members including but not limited to schools, colleges, and
pupil referral units (PRUs) through the provision of training, resources, departmental development
sessions, advice and informaton

EEP (Early Engagement Programme) - Within Key Stage s,1,2,3, 4 and 5 - Age 5 - 16 Within Central
and East Birmingham, as well as Walsall. This programme targeted; support for mental wellbeing,
adverse childhood experiences, undiagnosed Special Educatonal Needs and Disabilites - creatng
improvements in school; atendance, academic, behaviour and engagement. We also observed
reductons in exclusion rate.

Management commitee has been developed. Key policies have been put in place. The Website has
been successfully developed and is now online. Signifcant administratve propertes have been
implemented and actoned. The charity is not ready to work directly with: children, young people,
schools and parents.
Achievement Opportunites in 2023/2024
June - May EEP - Pilot - To be able to deliver a project with at least 1 school and implement
planned actions, supporting 15 young people about to embark on their last
education transition before adulthood - (Secondary school to college/sixth
form)
