Parochial Church Council IPCCI and the St Helen's Village Church
Committee (VCCI which establishes the ways of working behveen th8

advance educatTron and to provide facilities in the interests of social

improving the conditions of life for the residents.

Ran fundraising & social events (plant sales. quiz night) and
generated £1098.00 income (total funds available at year end
£1942.50).
Researched and selected a number of suppliers to quote for the
provision of ewric heating to replace the oil-fired system in the
church building. Quotations received. site visits undertaken and
preferred supplier selected.
Grant applicalion made to the Lincolnshire Communty
Foundation (GRASSroots -
.' I,Issroot5)
for a value of £24,999 as part funding for the cost of healing
upgrade. Balance of costs to com8 from the Friends and the
church fabric fund.
Arranged for the electricty suppty to be upgraded to >phase
power, necessary for electr￿ heating.

The onty exp8ndrture in the financial year was in support of the quiz night
(payment for food at the qurL venue and raffle prizes).

as this depends on income from grant applications that are in progress. It

The charity currentty has £1868 in its bank accounl, a £74.50 cash floal
held by the Chair and no liabilities (e.g., loans). The Committee has set
aside £1000 contribution toward the electric heatin
